Last day of 2017.
It feels so good to have no set plans and feel no obligations around what I should do tonight
To feel no need to be with people or to get drunk or high, not to say that’s not fun too, but to feel no external pressure
To be alone and to feel full within myself.

I feel sleepy, heavy, messy and premenstrual today, in the past these were things that I didn’t feel attractive in and I did not want to be seen in (on social media and in RL)
But I’ve been working on changing this perception and today I feel beautiful and whole and content in all of it
I feel excited for the new year ahead
To let go of trying to project any image that doesn’t fit how I feel inside and to embrace the beauty in truth and wholeness
