Chicken Sloppy Joes:

- 1 tbs ghee butter @omgheebutter
- 1 lb ground chicken or turkey
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 tbs garlic, minced
-1 jalapeño, chopped
-1 cup, pinto beans
- 1 cup tomatoes, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
- 2 tbs red wine vinegar
- 1 tbs molasses
- 1 tbs FLAVORGOD Ketchup seasoning
- 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbs FLAVORGOD pink salt & pepper
- 1 tbs mustard

1. Sauté onion in ghee butter for 5 min on medium high heat. Add chicken and brown for 5 more minutes.
2. Lower heat to medium. Add garlic, jalapeno, tomato sauce and
cook 5 minutes more, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the remaining ingredients and reduce heat to low, and simmer for 5 minutes more.
4. Serve over your favorite toasted bread and garnishments.
