INGREDIENTS:
?2-salmon filets
?Cooking oil as needed
?1 tablespoon-butter
?2 tablespoons-Flavorgod Italian seasoning
?Pinch of Flavorgod Himalayan sea salt
?Pinch of chopped parsley
?4 cups-Brussels sprouts cut in half
?1/2 lemon

DIRECTIONS:
?Preheat oven to 400 degrees
?Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil and a dash of Flavorgod Himalayan sea salt, spread across baking sheet. Bake for 35 minutes.
?in a bowl mix together room temperature butter, Flavorgod Italian seasoning and dash of Flavorgod Himalayan pink salt.
?pat dry both salmon fillets and add to oil coated large cast iron skillet.
?sear both sides of each salmon filet between 3-5 minutes.
?evenly coat the top of each salmon filet with the compound butter as a finish
?plate Brussels sprouts with salmon with a dash of Flavorgod Italian seasoning at the end along with a squeeze of lemon.
