Decided to disconnect from my phone and lappy to reconnect with my loved ones, nature and myself.
So I’m going phone free the rest of the week.
literally leaving it in the UK while I travel to see family.
I don’t feel overwhelmed by social media I’ll always love sharing and learning from you all worldwide, but i do want to check in with myself that I’m not using my phone as a crutch or becoming distracted irl.
If any of you feel like it too let’s go completely phone free together.
