INGREDIENTS:
Large tomatoes
Fried pancetta
Sliced avocados
Fresh basil leaves
Your favorite vinaigrette

Cut multiple slices in each tomato that start at the top and stop about three-fourths of the way down so that each slice remains firmly attached to the bottom of the tomato.

Gently insert cooked pancetta, avocado slices, and basil leaves between each tomato slice. Drizzle everything with your favorite vinaigrette, and finally season generously with FlavorGod ITALIAN ZEST Seasoning.
