Enjoy! - @5280meat: - Ingredients: 2 lbs. @5280meat grass-fed hamburger 6 slices @5280meat red pepper bacon (semi-cooked) @flavorgod Ranch & Himalayan Pink Salt & Pink Peppercorn ¼ c. Worcestershire sauce Sliced cheddar cheese Grape tomatoes Onion Sliced pickle Lettuce ¼ to ½ inch thick sliced sweet potato 1Tbsp ghee butter - Directions: Burgers: In mixing bowl, combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce and Flavor God Ranch and form meatballs that are slightly larger than a golf ball size. On a hot grill 500*F, lay foil down on the grill and sear the burgers on each side for about 3 minutes per side. Remove from grill and set aside. - Bacon: In a 350*F oven bake bacon about half-way cooked (about 6-8 minutes) and remove from oven and let cool. Sweet potatoes: In a skillet melt ghee and cook sweet potatoes for about 3-5 minutes, turning about every minute or so until lightly brown. Remove from skillet and immediately season with Flavor God Himalayan Pink Salt & Pink Peppercorn. - Kabobs: Add cheese to burger, then layer bacon, sweet potato, tomato, onion to kabobs and place on warm grill 350*F turning every 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted and the bacon and veggies are cooked to your liking, leave on grill longer for crispier onions. Remove from grill and add pickles and lettuce.
