If we can make it to midnight (which we usually don't, haha!) I always let the girls open one present before we lay out cookies and milk for Santa. #ad After they go to bed, I take out their gifts that I stashed in the closet and lay them out under the tree....& then I eat the cookies. ???‍♀️Has to be believable, right?!
