Make new friends, but keep the old. Some are silv...nah they’re all gold ??? I couldn’t have asked for a better trip ??exploring @グラント・ハケット’s new hood, meeting the most genuine people @mlyle.biafitness @dieterroylance, catching up with some great friends @ameliasprenger @kenrickmonk @マイケル・クリム, and of course checking out some great training facilities @meisterathlete @melb_vicentre (because what’s a trip without seeing a pool?!) Didn’t realize how much I could learn in one week... between the eggs being in the isles at the grocery store (I guess they don’t need to be in the fridge ??‍♀️), discovering the great name of “rice bubbles” instead of “Rice Krispies”, finding out there’s only one entrance and exit out of petroleum stations, and figuring out a hook turn... I was able to see some beautiful sights and yet again be reminded how Australians are so welcoming with beautiful souls ?✌️ Thank you Australia, thank you @グラント・ハケット for being the best host and tolerating my great singing voice ??, and thank you @meisterathlete for kicking my butt ?
