My first time eating at ‘in-n-out’ yesterday?? You guys told me too late there is a “secret animal menu”... So I guess I have to go back now?- The fun thing about how I live my fitness lifestyle is that I can fit foods like these in my macros during the day.?? Only on weekends though haha! I eat healthy most of the time. I explained this on Snapchat (nochtlii) before, but I always use the app MyFitnessPal to count the macros of what I eat in a day.? It makes it way easier to just eat whatever I’m craving for without crossing my limits & still be fit and happy.? Especially the happy part is essential in keeping your balance and actually go through with working out and eating healthy.
