If you’ve been tracking with me it’s no secret that my family and I are big fans of @thisisground. Their products have transformed how we define organization and have also innovated the process itself into a daily creative wabi sabi of sorts. Each item holds a story weathering beautifully with age and one day I hope to pass these relics to my son when it’s his time to go forth into his own journey.

Something that sets @thisisground apart for me is seeing their generous and creative spirit. They inspire and nurture a community that reaches across generations of storytellers, innovators, designers, artists, makers, 9-5ers, world travelers and everyone in between. I cannot count how many ways the kind souls behind TIG give back to their community. Without asking for anything in return. It’s remarkable and astounding. It’s also extremely humbling and inspiring.

In this season where one year comes to its close and a new one awaits with what feels like a metamorphosis in the works, I cannot think of a more wonderful and timely addition to greet our home than the Venture Backpack. It’s a dream come true for me really. So here’s to new stories yet to be told, new roads to explore, taking creative risks and pursuing those dreams that have long been germinating.
