Last year was the first year we got a tree. I bought the smallest tree on the lot (it looked like the one from a Charlie Brown Christmas) and Mazzy made a Jewish Star out of pipe cleaners to put on top. We put lights on it but we had no family ornaments to hang. This year, I’m surprising the kids with wooden photo ornaments that I made through #CVSphoto. I used photos from all of our past Hanukah and Christmas celebrations together so they still have meaning even though they are brand new.
