These oatmeal muffins are prepared with my Gingerbread Cookie seasoning which is excellent when baking cookies, muffins, and brownies ???‼️

1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1 scoop about time vanilla protein
3/4 cup oat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp flavorgod gingerbread cookie seasoning
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 egg, 1 egg white
1/3 cup maple syrup
Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl until well combined. Line a cupcake tin with silicone baking cups and fill each to the top. Bake at 400* for 20 minutes until golden brown.
