The beauty of this dish is that you can use a variety of your fave veggies and proteins to make this any way you want. - S H R I M P Y A K I S O B A Who's ready to get their lift on?! This dish is so versatile, easy to make and a total crowd pleaser! If your local grocery store doesn't carry yakisoba noodles, you can use spaghetti or linguine noodles instead. Feel free to use any combo of your fave veggies and protein. As promised, here's the recipe for you: - Main ingredients 2lbs shrimp, peeled/deveined/rinsed 4T olive oil 2t Lemon & Garlic seasoning 2lbs yakisoba noodles, refrigerated 2 scallions, thinly sliced 1/2 yellow bell pepper, sliced 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced 1/2c water Lemon & Garlic seasoning Freshly cracked black pepper - Sauce ingredients 1/2c organic chicken broth 2T oyster sauce 2T soy sauce 1T dark soy sauce 1T agave or honey 1T ginger, freshly grated 1t sesame oil - Directions: 1. Rinse the yakisoba noodles to loosen and separate, drain and set aside. In a small bowl, add the sauce ingredients, give it a quick stir and set aside, this will be added at the very end. - 2. Place the shrimp in a mixing, you may need to place them on a paper towel first to soak up any excess water. Next, pour 2 tablespoons olive oil over the shrimp and add the lemon and garlic seasoning and black pepper. Give the shrimp a few turns to coat them in the oil and seasoning. - 3. Heat up a skillet to high. Once it's hot, add 1/3 of the shrimp in a single layer. Cook until the shrimp is pink and no longer translucent. Remove the shrimp and repeat two more times, set the shrimp aside. Now, add the water to deglaze the pan and get up any brown bits and add this liquid to the shrimp. - 4. Next, sauté the bell peppers and set those aside. Reduce the heat to medium and add the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Now, add the yakisoba noodles and the shrimp cooking liquid. Main ingredients
2lbs shrimp, peeled/deveined/rinsed

2t Lemon & Garlic seasoning
