Photo by @michaelclarkphoto // The view from the Torre atop the Serra da Estrela mountain range, which means the “Star mountain,” in Portugal. The peak is a wide, flat spot that also has a ski area. At an altitude of 1,993 metres (6,539 feet), it was quite cold on this morning - around 2 degrees Celsius. The view looking down at the surrounding mountains in the range, with fog built up between the mountain layers was gorgeous.
