Dios mío no se ni como tenía fuerzas para sonreír en esta foto! Gracias @misheleder y a @duffus25 fui a probar hoy por primera vez una clase de crossfit ???? casi muero jajajaja pero me ha ENCANTADO!!! El entrenar así de duro al maximo de tus posibilidades con personas al lado tuyo haciendo lo mismo hace que te motives y llegues al límite de tus posibilidades reales. Muchas veces en el gym diríamos, ya no puedo más peso, en esta clase te pones peso hasta que de verdad NO PUEDES! En fin, mañana creo que no voy a poner ni coger en brazos a Alex de las agujetas que voy a tener!! Habéis probado el crossfit? @cgiagos volveré!!!! ??Ah! Y Alexandra encantada de la vida viendo todo ???

Training this hard to the maximum of your possibilities with people next to you doing the same makes you motivate and reach the limit of your real possibilities. Many times in the gym we would say, I can not add more weight, in this class you put on weight until you really CAN NOT!
