Yo no se si os pasará a vosotras pero estos 7 meses sin dormir mas de 3-4 horas seguidas el café ha sido mi mejor amigo ? No se como aguantaría los dias sino fuera a veces por el café que me tomo por la tarde! Siempre me lo tomo con leche de almendras o coco, sin azúcar ni nada añadido ? Y a nose que haga mucho frío, siempre me lo hago con hielo!! Digamos que es mi recarga d energia a medio dia para aguantar hasta la noche ???♀️ Os pasa a vosotras las que sois mamás? .

I don’t know how i would last the days without the coffee that I drink in the afternoon! I always drink it with almond or coconut milk, without sugar or anything added ? And if it’s not very cold weather , I always do it with ice !! Let's say it's my energy recharge at mid-day to endure until night ? does It happen to you who are moms? .
