Ingredients:
?3 pound - tomahawk Steak
?Flavorgod Himalayan Salt & Pepper
✔️cast iron pan or oven safe thick skillet

Directions:
?Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
?brush steak with cooking oil.
?let sit at room temp for 15 min.
?next Season steak generously with Flavorgod Himalayan salt & pink pepper. Get the top, bottom, and all the sides. Use a generous amount of salt as this is a thick steak.
?Sear the steak in a cast iron (really hot!!!) for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
?Transfer the steak to oven . Bake in the preheated oven until the steak reaches an internal temperature of 130 degrees. This will take about 35 minutes, but use a meat thermometer for 100% accuracy.
?Let rest 5-10 minutes before slicing.
