Spent a beautiful afternoon with my friends over at @womens_heritage learning natural dyes, fermentation and talking all things life/mom/female related. Sounds like heaven right?! Their goal as a company is to bring elements of the homestead into everyday life, something I personally feel we could all really benefit from. One, a folk herbalist, one, an animal specialist and one, a cook extraordinaire. This powerful group of three mama friends caught my attention when I started following their blog that focuses on teaching recipes and spreading their appreciation for traditional knowledge (I’ll share more in the coming weeks OR better yet, follow them and see for yourself!) As they pointed out, in today's world women are extraordinarily busy and making things from scratch or even learning a new skill can seem daunting, which is why I feel it’s even more important for us to share what we learn with other women. I love their mission, I feel honored to be a part of their journey and so excited to share it all with those of you who follow me and truly appreciate this as much as I do. ??
