Do you Surf? Jay did... until his dying day which happened to be yesterday, November 28, 2017. Jay broke his neck in a trampoline accident in his early teens and after becoming paralyzed from the neck down still found that he felt most alive out in the ocean... so he figured out a way to do what he loves. He went surfing!
