The first time I tried #wakamomo was when it was used as a garnish on a sashimi platter (I always try and taste all garnishes). These small mountain peach look like bright green olives and taste like a muscat grape, plum, and peach all at the same time. Nice to see it sliced here over yuzu frozen yogurt with a drizzle of olive oil @ferrisnewyork.
