With Thanksgiving coming up this week, there’s a lot of temptation with food! I’ve prepared by baking coconut choc chip cookies with @1stphorm vanilla ice cream Level-1 protein powder. ???

I love experimenting with baking using different #1stphorm protein flavours because not only is it fun, but because I know that all of their products are manufactured in a 250,000 sq ft facility and are pharmaceutical grade (99.99% purity) and FDA inspected-when I make my own protein based treats I know exactly what’s in them, rather than getting them at a trendy store that SAYS it’s all healthy but who know how much sugar or anything is really in them - or pre packaged options at the convenience store that have a shit tonne of preservatives.

Holidays can really suck when you’re trying to stay on track with diet but you don’t have to miss out on treats you just have to put in the effort to learn alternatives to prepare your favourite foods! ?????

It’s also a great gift idea that’s low budget or a fun activity to do for the holidays in general-to get together with friends and have a healthy baking party or just to have a healthy option to bring for dessert for thanksgiving or Friendsgiving. ??‍??
