Answering community questions - "how do you stay motivated". Thankyou for this question, I stay motivated by being disciplined, teaching myself to train and eat well. I have trained for so many years! To get started, try and grab a friend who will motivate you and stick to a session with you. Then, find a training style that YOU LOVE. Then organise your week every Sunday by booking in time for yourself and your friend to train. Keep this up by setting SMALL goals - for example "lets try and workout twice a week for 2 months straight". Keep setting small goals with your friends, smash them and watch your motivation turn into habits for life! Progress is motivating, and not all progress is physical.
