#waspworkout ??‍♀️#sleep As I stand here on set, a little sleep deprived, I am reminded of my most important pillar of health and fitness: sleep. Sleep, for me, is EVERYTHING. Without it, I can eat as well as possible and I can work out like a maniac but I'll still feel my digestion slogging, my muscles lagging, my mind refusing, my face poofing and my whole body, but especially my belly, bloating. I'm more unhappy, irrational, unmotivated and I crave really junky food. Without sleep, I am a different, much less desirable, version of me. . The problem with sleeplessness is that it's really hard to realize what's going on. Once I get really over-tired, I often won't have the wherewithal to realize that I'm NOT actually gaining weight, even though my waistband is digging in, that I'm not rapidly aging despite the state of my face, and that the people around me aren't assholes...I am! . On the flip side, when I'm well rested, I'm always amazed by how I actually crave healthy food and exercise, how such a little bit of those things goes such a long way, how my outlook on my body and life brightens and how much slimmer I actually am when I'm not bloated with exhaustion. . So, in the event that you feel like everything is just wrong in your world or in your body, maybe try checking your sleep?? You might just find a little more (or a lot more) could be the answer to all that's ailing you. ???????????? ? @arielledepace

The problem with sleeplessness is that it's really hard to realize what's going on.
