Give your Thanksgiving meal a twist by serving these Roasted Stuffed Turkey Rolls!

Ingredients

Turkey breast 1 (2.5 lb)
Assorted mushrooms(chopped) 8.8 oz
Spinach leaves(chopped) 3.5 oz
Rolled oats 1.5 oz
Flour 1 Tbsp
White wine/ vodka 1 /4 cup
Shallots(chopped) 3
Garlic(chopped) 2 cloves
Dijon mustard(Marinade) 1 Tbsp

Marinade

Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce 3 Tbsp
Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored sauce 1 Tbsp

Directions
1. Horizontally half the turkey breast. Pound with the back of a knife or meat mallet to obtain two big flat pieces of meat. Mix the meat with marinade items( Dijon mustard, LKK Char Siu Sauce and LKK Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce).
2. Use 1 Tbsp oil to sauce garlic and shallots, add mushrooms, and stir-fry well. Drizzle wine. Add spinach and toss well with rolled oats to form the filling.
3. Sprinkle some flour onto both sides of meat, arrange filling on top, roll and tie up. Repeat this step to make another roll.
4. Pan-fry the meat rolls in 1 Tbsp oil until golden. Bake in a preheated oven at 350F for 20 minutes until cooked through. Cut into slices to serve.
