Chiu Chow Chili Noodles with smoked Sriracha Salmon, courtesy of my long time friends #LeeKumKee.
I had never tried this kind of chili oil before making these noodles, because "I thought it was all heat and less about flavor, but I was wrong. Loads of good garlic & chili flavor, and surprisingly not deathly spicy. This is a cheat recipe, all you do is put a big tablespoon in a wok with veggies and toss some precooked noodles in. Salmon smoked outside after a coat of their chili oil and sriracha.
