I’ve been working in a kitchen since I was 16 years old, and never could I have thought that I’d be here today. Opening night at @189bydominiqueansel tonight, our very first restaurant ever, with our bakery on day 2. These past few weeks, I’ve felt anxious, scared, excited, and sleep-deprived, but we’re finally here - and I could have never done it alone. None of this could have happened without the most incredible team of dedicated and hardworking people that have worked alongside me through long nights and very early mornings, never skipping a beat and always trying their best.
