Hand-mixed Acorn Squash, pillowy-soft and served with tender young radishes from @girlndugfarms that are grown personally for us and driven up from San Diego, with sage and a brown butter Parmesan sauce. This dish is all about a love of butter - we thought about ingredients that love butter, so much so that they’d jump into a sauce pan of it, so we thought radishes and gnocchi would be perfect. @189bydominiqueansel #DAinLA (? by @meetjakob)
