It’s days like today after waking up with a raging headache (no booze involved just a lot of emotions) that i realize how fortunate i am to have the best hangover cure ever... skiing or surfing! i am however, right smack in the middle of the the mountains and ocean in Albuquerque, NM for a couple of days while we prepare for my Great Aunts Celebration of Life so i need to get creative... any fun outside workout ideas?!? #activegrieving #movingwhilemourning #yoga #breathe maybe some #pilates with @abkshaffer?!
