Cold temperatures hit Austria. Time to start gym training. Actually, I prefer #rock climbing, but I am not afraid of training on plastic. Here, I can focus on the specific things I need. Usually, I #climb about 4 times per week and push myself according to my feelings. On a typical training day I warm up by doing non-climbing exercises. I circle my arms, hips and do some core workouts. I experienced that an adequat amount of intense climbing sessions reduce the risk for injuries, improve recovery and therefore my #body shape. When I do routes, I begin with two easy routes for warm-up. Then, I choose six harder routes depending on my desire. When I do bouldering, I choose various boulders for about an hour and add some power exercises afterwards. ? @boulder_bundesliga
