I love this form of a superset for a few reasons:??

?while my triceps are resting, I can work my rear delts, and vice versa.
⠀
?this superset requires minimal moving around - supersets are hard in a busy gym so these are my fave during rush hour!???

?these two exercises force me to use my mind to muscle connection! I love single arm work to promote muscle symmetry, and I love using lighter weight for rear delt flys as I have a hard time recruiting these muscles?
⠀ ?Remember, supersets are NO excuse for poor form. While the tempo can be higher than your single sets, use this style of training to empower your lifting effectively??!
