In the past 4.5 years since we first started the Cronut®, we’ve created a different flavor every month, never repeating, for each of our shops in New York, Tokyo, and London. That’s nearly 100 different flavors around the world since the very start. Now with our first #WestCoast shop, we’ll continue the tradition. LA’s first flavor for the month of November will be White Peach Muscovado, with white peach jam and muscovado ganache inside, with a bit of muscovado sugar outside.
