#MotivationMonday... Me and my number 1 trainer (and tormentor) @robbie__thompson topped off a tough session last week with this killer little finisher!
I did battle ropes for 30 seconds, held the squat for a minute (while being pelted with an exercise ball) and then did 15 crunches on the aforementioned exercise ball! We repeated it 3 times!
I started my workout off with 2 @minivnutrition mini:burns for energy and motivation and finished off with two @minivnutrition mini:tone for muscle growth and repair ?
