#WorkoutWednesday timmmmeeee... Did this little session with @robbie__thompson this morning before I travelled to London! And he's kindly written it up for anyone wanting to give it a go:

EMOM HIT WORKOUT ???
(Every minute on the minute)

TRX JUMP SQUATS 15 reps
PUSH UPS 15 reps
KB SWING 15 reps
V UP 15 reps
TRX ROW 15 reps
CURL AND PRESS 10 reps
SLED PUSH 1 length

You start each exercise on the minute then once you’ve done the exercise you have the rest of the minute to rest.

We rested for 2 minutes after each round and did 4 rounds of this!
