Every year at this time it becomes REAL easy to lose the motivation to make it to the gym. It also seems like eating "clean" is impossible. Summer's over, holidays are around the corner, deadlines are due for work, etc. I get it. I've been there many times!

So how about this year we #GetAhead and not wait until the New Year to stay fit and active ?? Let's not wait until the holidays are over when we've already gained those extra lbs or lost all the muscle we worked all year to get.
