This morning Prince Harry and Defence Secretary Sir Michael Fallon launched a new partnership to improve the mental health of all Armed Forces personnel. The joint initiative between the MOD and The Royal Foundation will see the Royal Foundation provide resources to the MOD to improve training & education around mental health. The training will emphasise the idea that mental fitness is as important as physical fitness when working as part of the Defence community.

Prince Harry delivered a speech at an event held at the Ministry of Defence, in which he spoke about the importance of mental health support for the Armed Forces: "Today, we are saying that taking mental health seriously is what professional and dedicated service men and women must do."
