Never took that nap. Walked around near the hotel, picked a place to have dinner- a glass of cote du rhone to start, followed by bruchette with smoked bacon, caramelized onion and brie, with a main course of beef bourguignon with tagliatelli (so rich, beef braised perfectly), and completed the meal with rum soaked pineapple creme brulee... and an espressso of course! Tres Bien!!!
