A nightly routine for my boys is essential for a good night’s sleep. Every night, they get a bath followed by a few books and then it’s time to sleep (Harry is finally adjusting to his big boy bed and I attribute it to a consistent routine). Because my own sleep has changed so much since having kids, I have my own routine, too (and it’s also nice to get some ‘me time’ before going to bed). #ad #oneisnotachoice
