Exploring public lands is not just about the sights you see but who you see them with. As part of a 2+ week family road trip, Dana McLaughlin, her husband, five kids and mother-in-law stopped at #Colorado’s #RockyMountain #NationalPark -- the first of eight parks they visited this summer. While she brought a camera along, she was too busy having fun to use it. Instead she snapped this moment on her phone’s camera. “On this particular day we encountered cold, fog, rain, and then a thunderstorm, which pelted us in hail the entire hour back to the shuttle bus.
