Video by @bertiegregory. Giant moray eels look pretty scary, particularly when you come across a big one like this (2.5m/8ft) in the dark of night. However, just like a lot of other misunderstood predators, this eel showed zero aggression towards me. It's simply opening and closing its mouth to breathe.
