I went out biking in the wild and wooly fields near the studio with my friend and trainer, Scott, and took a proper tumble on a hill. Now, I only learned how to properly ride a bike in my 20s, and it’s been a humbling experience- I’ve ridden into a lot of bushes/hedges/people/etc. But it is also such a joy, a moving meditation to be on a bike, especially in nature, and there’s something in my soul that shouts a tiny victory cry every time I get up from a fall, dust myself off and get back onto that bike. Reminds me to do the same in life. Oh and yes I know I look 10. #backonthehorse #upandatem
