Using this exercise as a substitute for ski lactic training. Basically you go until you feel lactic in your arms( burning). You then keep going for another 5 minutes to simulate race ( sprint) time and build lactic tolerance. Despite minimal equipment and no snow there is always a way! @tongaskiteam
