Should I count calories for fat loss? Unless you're a body builder or like doing maths at a dinner table the answer is no. Go look in the mirror, it never lies. Have a general idea on what foods are more calorie rich but that should be sufficient. Last thing you want are exercise/ nutrition habits that de-motivate you!
