5 years ago I fell in love with fitness it improved my life in so many ways, so I gave myself the challenge to create a platform that would allow fitness to be accessible to anyone, anywhere at anytime.
In June 2013 my online fitness & health website @resultswithlucy was born!! It started with me & my lovely & Very lively PT @resultswithcecilia filming 30 of our favourite hiit workouts.
Now over 4 years on we have been part of over 500,000 women's fitness journeys.

Our website now includes- ?500+ workouts including
Hiit, ballet, Pilates, yoga etc ?500+ recipes ?Bespoke fitness & nutrition plans for any level of fitness ?Pre & post natal workouts ? Student plan
?Over 40's plan ?15 highly qualified PT's

We have hosted many bootcamps/retreats/events for hundreds of women raising thousands for charity. Including the one above for @cftrustuk ?

Fitness has changed my life & I honestly believe I have the most rewarding job in the world being able to help women become stronger, fitter & healthier.
