trust you are right where you are supposed to be. trust you are never alone in this process.
if we pay attention, we can learn so much from the trees. they teach us of change, letting go, adaptation, continuing to grow. taking great care.
I was lucky enough to hike the beloved trails of Oregon two days before the devastating fires. much like kintsugi, we must rebuild. nature shows + shares with us it's beauty, + how fragile + precious it is. we must take great care of it, just as we would ourselves + one another.
life is continuously happening to us + it's up to us to put back together all of the pieces and make something of it, it is up to us to trust more.
my next story on "forest bathing" + the Japanese perspective on "shinrin yoku" focuses on ways of healing + rediscovering our spirit. appreciate all that we do have, be good to others & make time in your heart to accept, allow and grow xxx ?story coming soon ?
