Last night, Prince Harry attended the opening ceremony of the Invictus Games. Prince Harry founded the international sporting competition for wounded, injured and sick service personnel in 2014. Now in the third Invictus Games took place in Toronto, Canada this year – the biggest yet, involving 17 nations and over 500 competitors.

In a speech on stage Prince Harry said: ‘Invictus is about the dedication of men and women who service their countries, confronted hardship, and refuse to be defined by their injuries.’ For the full speech click the link in bio.
