Last week, as Head of Great Britain’s International Olympic Committee (IOC), The Princess Royal attended the annual IOC meeting in Lima, Peru.
During her time in the country, The Princess was hosted by the British Ambassador to Peru, Anwar Choudhury. HRH is pictured here, at the 80th anniversary celebrations of cultural association Británico in San Borja, where Her Royal Highness helped unveil a statue of British Peruvian Admiral Guise.

On behalf of The Vine Trust, a UK charity of which Her Royal Highness is Patron, The Princess Royal also attended the inauguration of a medical ship, the Forth Hope, which will provide high-quality healthcare to remote Amazonian communities. The Princess also visited the International Potato Centre, to see how scientists there are working to end world hunger.
