This weekend's #lpinstatakeover features images from travel photographer Micah Wright (@wrightontheroad), who will be sharing shots from his recent trip to #NewZealand. - 'I consider myself so lucky to have visited New Zealand on numerous occasions over the years. It is one of the first places that I actually started working as a travel photographer. The country is so beautiful that regardless of your skill, you can just point and shoot your camera and create something completely poster-worthy. I’ve travelled the tourist circuit here many times over, but still I find there is always something new to discover and capture. With the dynamic, changing weather patterns here, even places I’ve photographed many times before I end up seeing in a whole new light. I had visited the Blue Pools in the middle of the South Island near Makarora, a few times before, but never had the opportunity to actually jump off the bridge. It looks beautiful and inviting, but this water is ice cold! The area is also infested with sand-flies, which come at you in swarms – jumping into the glacier waters is the only way to escape them! As a photographer I have an idea of what I’d like to see in a photo, but sometimes it's difficult to talk people into more extreme ideas, so I often find myself setting up the tripod, hitting the timer and jumping into the fray.' - @wrightontheroad -- Keep an eye out this weekend for more of Micah's amazing NZ images! #travel #lonelyplanet
