REPOST: hopefully this works for you guys now! ? Full Body Hotel Workout ?? I used a workout structure consisting of one triset per body part. The first exercise was a heavy 8 reps. The second exercise a moderate 15 reps. And the final a light 25 reps. I did three rounds of each triset. This 8,15,25 approach is a great way to cram a seriously tough workout in! ? Thanks @gracefituk for the inspiration ?Heres one of the leg trisets I did: 8 squats, 15 deadlifts, 25 jumping lunges ?
