Okay guys I'm finally doing another #transformationtuesday and this one is pretty dang good haha. I was happy with my body then, but it's so awesome for me to see that my consistent hard work shows results! The big difference would be that working out used to be something that I dreaded, where as now it's something I look forward to each day and love pushing myself! My advice would be to find out what motivates you and love yourself along the way! There will be times physical results come slower than others, so try not to get frustrated and stay consistent!
