It's Monday y'all!!! Let's get this week started right and get a killer workout in! This is a good cardio circuit that's way more exciting than just running on the treadmill! Do this circuit 3 times through at the end of your workout and burn all those extra treats from over the weekend!
Backwards burpees (10 reps)
Burpees w/out push ups (15 reps)
Ball toss (15 reps)
Sprints (1 minute)
Jump lunges (40 reps)
